The concept of the lighting module is well-known and has proven itself in many different systems. A transparent screw plug with a 3mm or 5mm large LED hole for installation in a reservoir is the current state of art for creation of lighting effects in a reservoir.

Now Alphacool introduces a new, more innovative approach: With the LED method the choice of colour is set with the purchase of the LED to be installed and cables are required to supply the lighting module with power.
With the new lighting modules from Alphacool it is now possible to create the desired lighting effect by simply sliding a glow stick into the module. This flexibility makes the new lighting modules ideal for experiments with different lighting effects and presentation of the system. When looking at the times where the lighting in a system is needed, it becomes clear that these two settings are the most common for the lighting system to be activated. And this is where the glow stick idea can really play out ist advantages: A huge choice of colours, no cables that obstruct the view and extremely easy exchange of colours makes it just perfect!
